Hair Tamer Salon operates with a single stylist, so an unused appointment slot cannot be filled at short notice. Please give as much notice as possible.

• Free changes: cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment at no charge.
• Late cancellations: cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment incurs a 20% fee of the appointment total.
• Late rescheduling: moving an appointment inside the 48-hour window is treated the same as a late cancellation.
• No-shows: treated as a late cancellation.
• Late arrivals: services may need to be shortened or rescheduled to protect the next client's appointment.

Fees are recorded on the appointment and settled directly with the salon. This website does not process payments or store card or bank details.
